(3rd Strike) – intended for sparring exercises

aggressive advances from a real attack

(1st Strike) – Full contact strikes with the intention of
destroying an attack from a real opponent.
Speed
and Accuracy training with the use of targets

on the restricted and allowed striking areas in regards to sparring

of counter-to-counter strikes with non-conformity to numerical

of defense with programmed non-numerical counter strikes
incorporating 2 to 3 strikes per movement.

III: 50 sessions
Introduction
to complex defensive forms
Multi-diversified
form of strikes

exercise for every counter performed

IV: 60 sessions
Barehand
techniques against opponent with stick and vice-versa
Introduction
of Mixed Martial Arts in Eskrima
